Must Have

Eligible for National Service for the 2026/27 period.
Major or minor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Management Information System, Business Informatics.
Some experience in IT consulting.

Exceptional

Applicants from other educational backgrounds with relevant experience or certifications can apply.

Apply and complete a multiple-choice aptitude test that evaluates your abstract reasoning, verbal reasoning, and numerical reasoning skills

2. Choose Your Specialist Assessment

Complete a specialist assessment relevant to your selected specialisation.

3. Technical Task & Interview

Take interviews anchored on the lab submission, which will measure technical depth, leadership potential, communication effectiveness, and collaboration capability.

4. Receive an Offer

Successful candidates receive placement across our Ghana offices (Accra, Kumasi, or Takoradi).
