Martin Hecker

Meet our Founder & CEO

As Founder & CEO of AmaliTech, Martin is proud to lead a team of over 500 employees, fostering connections across continents, bridging talent and opportunity, and proving that we can create meaningful business impact while addressing global challenges.

With a degree in business economics from the University of Cologne, Martin dedicated 26 years as a Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (1994-2020). During this time, he led BCG's Technology Advantage practices across CEMA and the United States, served on BCG’s worldwide executive committee, and guided Fortune 500 clients through complex digital transformations across Europe, the US, and Asia.

Between 2000 and 2004, he took a four-year hiatus from BCG to serve as CEO of NEORIS in Latin America, building it into one of the region's largest IT consulting firms.
